Adding a logo above slider

  • Hi there,

    I’m working on a new website with Ample and would like to add a logo that would ideally link back to the homepage. This logo should be in the top left corner of the website next at the same height as the menu.
    Anyone knows how this can be done? Maybe a css code that would help? In the customization dashboard it’s not possible.

    PS: the website isn’t live so there isn’t a link to see it yet.

    Since this is a major modification. You should create a child theme for the theme file first, that is if you want the change to remain after the update.
    To create a child theme check https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Child_Themes
    Then customize it according to your wish.

    But I would recommend you to wait. As of wordpress 4.5 site logo will be a default option, it means it will be included in the next update in the customizer.
