• I can’t figure this out for the life of me.
I added in one of those ‘Add to My Yahoo’ buttons and now every single link in my side bar is an ‘add to my yahoo’ link.
Has anyone seen this before, and does anyone have any suggestions other than simply remove the button, which is what I’ll do tomorrow, if I don’t find another solution.
And I don’t know if this is related or not, but the code layout on my index.php seems to have all gone wonky. It is no longer on 743 relatively neat and oderly lines. Now it is on 7 extremely messy and WIDE lines, making it very difficuly indeed to find things. Is this something anyone has seen before? And is there an easy fix for it, or is it either overwrite it and start all over, or go thru line by line and try to reset things where they were.
    Thanks for any help!
    Peace,
    Paul

  • You probably didn’t close out the link with a (I am watching “Stupid Human Tricks” on Letterman at this very moment ??

Better tell Dave to wait for me! Always the stupid little things that I miss!
That still leaves me with the jumbled mess problem. I just now uploaded a copy (with the missing ) and I had cleaned up and saved the first 275 lines. But when I took a peek at in in the control panel, it was all messed up again. Now what’s causing that? I’ve never had that happen before. I’ve run it thru the debugger on my PHPEdit and it doesn’t show anything wrong. Clueless as usual!

Using a different FTP program or editor? What has changed since before it started happening?

That’s what I can’t figure out. I’m going over eveything trying to figure this out. Everything I’ve done to mine, I’ve done to my pastor’s and his is just fine. The only thing I think that I did different was that I tried a del.icio.us plugin and I didn’t like the way it displayed the links so I disabled it.
I use filezilla for ftp, same as I have been all along.

Here is a look at what I am dealing with.
Here is a screen shot of the index.php that I just uploaded:

Here is what that same page looked like 30 seconds later via the template view of the admin control panel:
