Adding a photo to the gift card email template

    I want to add a gift card image to the receipt email and need help in placing the image and size. Also, is there any way to give the buyer a dropdown choose of gift cards to buy, i.e., Birthday, Anniversary, Baby Shower, Holiday with an image of each in the email? I just purchased the Pro version.
