Adding a product price field in "Add Product" page?

    I cannot see any simple option to add the product price field input in the “Add Product” page. Is there something I have overlooked?

    As it is now, I have to add the product, then edit it after to set the price. Very slow process.

    Any pointers on how to do this?

    the price field is visible by default. What is the product type?

    Aha, its under “product data”, I must have been blind.

    I want to remove all options in the product data postbox except the regular price for simplicity. Where would you do this?

    This might have consequences if the data is missing. Probably best to enqueue a custom CSS file in admin and hide things.
