Adding a second column set to Excel

I’m not sure if it’s possible or not, or which hook that I can get it attached to, but I’ve got a request for an excel sheet that is mainly output in the transposed section, but has some of the information in a second column in specific cells in Excel.
I’m not sure if there’s a way to hook it correctly so that I can set specific fields to output to different cells in the excel or not, but if there is, I’d surely appreciate it! If not, that’s ok too.
