Adding a second section like Blogroll

    I’m using the Cutline 3-column theme.
    Blogroll shows on the right-hand column.
    Blogroll shows in the Dashboard.
    I’d like to have a second section just like it called
    Reference Links so I can add links to sites that are not blogs.
    How do I do that?
