    Hi there,

I am trying to resolve an issue with this site, where clients are unsure if their order has gone through.
One thing I have enabled site wide, is a “Page Preloading” spinner – this is to assure the clients/customers that they are being brought to the next page.

We are finding that when someone purchases by clicking on the “Buy Now” icon, it causes a white opacity to come over the screen with no pre-loadng spinner icon. The page sort of freezes for a longer than normal amount of time (2-5 seconds plus depending on connections) and then refreshes.

Is there a setting to ensure that the page load iocon stays on – I want to assure the customers that their purchase is going through.

The page loading icon works on all the other pages on the site (if it is slow to load)

    Many thanks!

So that is not related to this plugin. WC core has a loading spinner on the checkout page when the checkout button is press. Stripe doesn’t handle that.

Ok thanks – so who would I speak to in order to resolve why it is not loading?

Unfortunately I am not sure. It could be due to a plugin you’re using or your theme is changing the default behavior of WC styles including the spinner.

And it is not the checkout page – it is the buy button – the only payment option I have is stripe using your plugin

I understand however Stripe does not handle any of the loading/spinner type styles.
