Adding a Superscript in Label for Radio button

The notes in the membership type are supposed to be superscripted in the field they refer to. I had to put (see note#) as temporary fix.

Thank you for contacting us.
Currently we do not have a feature to add superscript or subscript in field label.
Rather than using separate notes section, you can use “Help Text” field and to show the note related to field.
