Adding a website Under the category of Friends

  • Hi,

    I am trying to add my friend’s blog on my blog. But I want to add his under the category of “Friends” that I have on the right sidebar. How do I add his blog, so people can click his name and view his blog???? Please help me out.

    My blog is pinkstreetjournal.com

  • In WP 2.5.x, there is a link category tab. Be sure you have a category set up called “Friends.” Then under Add Link, add your friend’s blog URI, a short description of the site (optional), and be sure to check the “Friends” category box. That should do it.

    The theme is installed had the right column already set up. And under widgets in presentation, I moved some categories onto the right column (Doing so it has changed the categories the theme originally came with). Now I can see my friends name but the right column looks bigger than usual, any idea why this might be it??
