Adding adsense anywhere on my site

Probably by modifying the header.php file in your theme – which should be done only in a child theme.

Hi i have set up the child theme however when the child theme is active the side bar, menu, and search does not display correctly, the link is https://www.releasethereal.com

(When the parent theme is active it is fine)

Some themes provide a way to add scripts in their options, so they don’t get wiped if you update the theme. There are also adsense plug ins which might be safer that hacking the template files.

You need to change the @import line here in your child theme style.css file:

@import url("../twentythirteen/style.css");
