Adding Adsense Banners Above Thesis Header

  • I need to add a large horizontal banner above thesis header. Will really appreicate some help here. I have tried a few plugins and codes but they put it in the header while i want to put it above the header image.

    There’s a hook reference on the DIY themes site and I can see that there is a hook called thesis_hook_before_header, so you should be able to add the banner using that hook with a simple function.

    As commercial themes are not supported here and I’ve never used thesis I can’t give you any specific code as I am not be able to test it.

    To get specific information look for a hook tutorial on theme vendor’s support site, or contact their support team.

    Ya but that hook is used for nav bar i guess. I tried that hook but cant get it right actually. I know how to add it in the header but there isnt much white space above my header and when i add it there full ad doesnt shows.
