    Hi lunzalu,

thanks for opening a new thread.

    > after clicking save it only takes me to the hompage of my site

It read as if you are clicking on a save button in the backend and are then automatically redirected somewhere else. Is that correct?

    Thanks,
    Thomas

Yes, i am using headers and footers, so when i click save, instead of getting ‘code saved successfully’ , it opens my homepage.

    What does that do?

Do you mean what causes this?

I have no idea and never seen this before. It is maybe some custom code or another plugin. I would definitely like to see this but need to know if it is a conflict, first.

You can follow this tutorial to learn how to test for plugin and theme conflicts.

Let me know when you found the culprit.

    Thanks,
    Thomas

Done the health check – no conflict

Thanks. Just to be sure, you disabled all other plugins and even tested a default theme and the issue is always there?

    Thanks,

Am now getting ‘page not found’ error

    Hi lunzalu,

You probably disabled something that provided some content. Does the option in Advanced Ads work now? I know that is not the state in which you want to keep your site. Just knowing if another plugin or theme causes the conflict would help.

    Thanks,
    Thomas

    From the site health, there’s this;

‘Warning The optional module, imagick, is not installed, or has been disabled.’

could it be the problem ?

That warning is no problem. I actually don’t know which problems this could cause, but I am pretty sure that it is not related to ads. I get the same on most of my websites and ads work well.

    Best regards,
    Thomas

    Hi @lunzalu,

    I hope you are well.

It seems that you were not the only one with this problem and that it came down to a bug in the OneSignal Push Notifications plugin. That plugin should have received an update with a fix by now.

Please let me know if you are still experiencing problems when saving ads, though.

    Thanks,
    Thomas
