Adding Advanced Custom Fields to the Business template

I am using the business template and would like to add images to the home page. There is no widget in the widget area to add an image(s). I’ve attempted to use Advanced Custom Fields plugin and added this shortcode to the page.php

The image doesn’t appear of the home page when I hit “Preview Changes” or hit “Update”. When I go back to into the page under the dashboard — image doesn’t appear to be saved.

What can I do to add images to the home page?
