adding all page numbers on the bottom

Hi!

I want to add page numbers on the bottom of my website https://www.quakefitness.com/blog just after the last link (bottom of page).

I cant find a plugin that will do this, i want all page numbers for the category LINKS to be shown at the bottom and preferably the page number that you are on to be bolded or something like that.

Hope you understand what i mean!
