adding an image to a cause

I am trying to add an image to a cause. I have already uploaded the image in the specific campaign and then put in the code [pfund-thumb] but it is not showing up, I am just getting that shortcode showing up on the page….what am I missing? BTW, I am not referring to an avatar, but an actual uploaded image..
