Adding Blog Post Rows on Home Page

I’m trying to figure out how to increase the number of rows for the blog posts on the Home page. Right now it’s set at 3, and it updates those 3 with the newest ones. I need to make it 6 or 9 for my site if it’s possible. Any ideas?
