adding blog posts from other blogs

  • is there a widget or way to add blog posts from other blogs to your own blog (with credit to that blog of course)? I’d like to add blog posts from sites like Smashing Magazine, Noupe and so on to my site – can this be done?

  • Yes, it can be done by importing feeds from other blogs using aggregators and feed syndicators. One plugin in WP-Syndicate which allows you to import feeds and create automatic posts.

    Please keep in mind though that it might violate the copyright of some blogs and it will harm your SEO due to duplication of content. So do it only when necessary.
