• I installed the Breadcrumb Plugin & wanted to add the code to the proper .php file. Which file should I add that code to? I already tried adding it to the header code via the header & footer code plugin.
    FYI the code I’m trying to add is

    <?php
    echo do_shortcode( '[breadcrumb]' );
    ?>

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello,

    If you’re adding any php to your site, you should first be using a child theme. have you yet configured one for your site? Also, which plugin are you using for breadcrumb features? Since this isn’t something the theme controls I’ll need to take a look at the plugin you’re using.

    The breadcrumb plugin is “Breadcrumb” by pickplugins. I am using a child theme. The link for the plugin is https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/breadcrumb/

    I would recommend a different plugin. That one isn’t very widely used and hasn’t been updated for awhile.

    Try this plugin instead:

    I installed the breadcrumb-navxt plugin, but I’m not sure how to get them to appear. I’d like them to show up on my Shop, Category, & Product pages. Thanks.

    ps- I believe that I might use a fullwidth template for these pages.

    I would contact the plugin support. I’m not familiar with the configuration of the plugin. Since I just use the premium theme when I need breadcrumbs, I don’t know how you would setup the plugin. Sorry
