Adding buttons/Social icons to header

Hi all – I current am near the end of a site development and have an issue with a Secondary menu…

I have two buttons and some social media icons in the secondary menu which is perfect for viewing on laptops but far from ideal for mobile…

How can I replicate these links permanently in the WordPress header so they will appear on a mobile in a similar way to the laptop sees them.

I am unskilled in higher WordPress Development so as much info as possible will be very much appreciated.

no – inherited it from a client, didn’t want a re-do… just some changes…
but am struggling to get what they want – can you help?

Would take a bit of custom coding the header and some css, but you can definitely pull it off-
