Adding cart notices else where on the site

Hi,

I would like to use the cart notices along side the mini cart widget that Woocommerce has but can’t see anything in the documentation. I would like the slide out basket summary to to show a cart notices.

For example to show much money you need to spend to get free shipping.

I think this would be helpful for customers so they are aware before they get to the cart section .
