Hi Yannick. This seems like a great plugin and it appears it’s working fine (shortcodes are working properly) but I must be overlooking something really obvious. Everyone else seems to have figured it out but me. How do you add categories? I thought for sure something had to be missing from the dashboard. I kept looking for the buttons to add categories, add links, delete links, etc. but all I’ve found is category settings (but can’t see where to add categories) and Moderate links.

I am happy to contribute a donation for all your hard work. Just need to get it working fully.

    Thanks!

Okay, so marking this resolved. Apparently when I was testing multiple plugins, Simple Links caused the Link section to not appear. Did not even realized it existed or was supposed to be there. Took some time to troubleshoot this one, but all is working well now. Will be donating to your efforts. Thanks for making such a great plugin!

Sorry I did not get to your question quicker. The Links section is actually provided by WordPress, and not directly by Link Library. It is just disabled by default on new installations since WordPress 3.5. Link Library activates it. It is quite possible that Simple Links made sure that the default Link manager was not there even if another plugin made it appear.

Thanks for the upcoming donation! ??

Thanks! Just contributed. If I’m using it on a regular basis (still working on launching the site), I will try to contribute accordingly as I know it’s a lot to keep up with the updates. Thanks again! It’s so nice of you guys (plugin creators) to devote so much time to making these and then give them away for free.
