Adding category selection support to Prologue theme post form

Hi folks.

I′m modifying the Prologue theme post form to add more fields and functions on it. Actually, I′ve added a title input box, TinyMCE to the content textarea, and custom field inputs. Also, I trying to add support to upload media and images from the form, and a category selection function also.

I′ve builded a pseudo mockup to show you what I mean, so you can see it here. And I say “pseudo” due to the only form fields and buttons that doesn′t work from the ones you can see in the image are the category/subcategory list, upload media, and save draft. The rest are totally functional and working.

If anyone can trow me some light about adding category/subcategory listing and selection, and to upload media from it, I will feel eternal gratefull.
