• Hi, is there a way to add CC email address to the auto-reply email that gets sent when the reservation is confirmed?

    Thanks!

  • Please look at your settings… In EM Settings is clearly says:

If you would like every event booking confirmation email sent to an administrator write their email here (leave blank to not send an email). For multiple emails, separate by commas (e.g. [email protected],[email protected],etc.)

    Patrick,

(My interface is in Japanese, so please bare with me I don’t know the exact terms each section is titled)

    Thanks for your feedback.

I understand there is a section where you can set an e-mail address for the booking email gets sent TO THE ADMIN / EVENT ORGANIZER but I would like the email SENT TO THE PERSON WHO RESERVED THE TICKET to be cc-ed to me(admin/event organizer) too. I want to see that the actual auto-reply email is being sent to the attendees , and the information sent is correct.

I’ve looked but cannot find any fields to set this.
    Is this possible somehow?

I already have the admin email put in there.
It just sends you the reservation confirmation FOR THE ADMIN(Event Admin/Owner Emails).

I want the RESERVATION CONFIRMATION EMAIL SENT TO THE CUSTOMER (Booked User Emails > Confirmed booking email) CC-ed to me.

So I guess there isn’t a feature to make this work? Am I right?

By the way are you the author of this plugin?

I thinks this plugin should DEFINITELY have an option to have the email sent to the customer CC-ed to the admin/organizer, just so the admin knows for sure that the information being sent to the customer is correct. There is no way of knowing, unless you test yourself as a customer. (Which is just a test, not proof it is working in action)

Great plugin either way though, just some input to make it even better.

    Thanks!
