    Hey David,

    if the form uses default WordPress functions to send the email, then our plugin can integrate with it. Make sure you have enabled the integration and also check “MailChimp for WP > Others” to see if any errors are listed.

    Thanks for the quick response.

    Just to clarify, does that mean that it isn’t possible to integrate with a form that doesn’t use WordPress functions to send the email?

    Hello David,

    Yes that is correct, as otherwise our plugin has no way to know what data is being sent.
