adding circles to pages other than home?

What you are trying to do, I believe, is called a Page of Posts. I”ve been trying for a while, but I haven’t figured out how to do it with Spun.

Commenting because I would like to do this as well, if anyone knows an answer I would love to know it.

What do you mean by circles? You can style anything to look like a circle.
