Adding comment box to a page

I’m using a Genesis them and almost have a new site completed. I cannot get a comment box to show up on the page https://cheaphomedesigns.com/new/testimonials/.

I’ve enabled discussion and comments in the screen options and made sure comments and trackbacks are ticked on the screen below the page post area, but when published, it’s still not showing up. Is there somewhere else I should be making changes?
