Adding conditions after submit

Basically I’m trying to figure out on how I can redirect the page to another url after submit but based on the post or current URL.
For example if user visits post 1 and submits a form it will go to another page. But if user visits post 2 and submits a form it will go to a different page.
Is there a way to achieve a function like this on contact form 7?
