Adding container tracking form to footer

Hello everyone!

I’m having trouble adding this container tracking form/tool to my website footer or sidebar:
https://www.shippingline.org/tracking/form/

It simply does not show up in the footer or sidebar, but it works on posts and pages.

It uses the gemer theme by dancii.
(Yes, it’s in Bulgarian)

Any ideas?
