Adding content to page?

I just downloaded and installed this plugin, and started following along with the demo video on your Description tab. I added a News Block just fine, but when I go to a page to add content, I can’t see how. The demo video shows an icon on the toolbar, but my toolbar doesn’t show that icon (screenshot of my editor). Am I missing something simple?
