Adding Custom Font

Is there a way to add custom font to the Gamepress theme. I would like to change the Widget titles and Site Title Fonts only to a new font that I found at: https://www.fontsquirrel.com/fonts/Hill-House
Do I simply set the downloaded font into the font folder on my server? and edit the style.css to ref it or how is this done?
