Adding custom JSON LD to Woocommerce Product Page

In my current setup (before installing this plugin), I tried adding custom JSON LD JS to a Woocommerce product Woocommerce strips out the type=”application/ld+json” and so it just appears as JS and not as a valid schema according to the Structured Data Testing Tool.

Before installing WPSSO Core and this plugin, can this plugin allow me to insert custom JS (JSON LD) into a Woocommerce product listing? The current plugin I’m using – WP SEO Structured Data Schema – doesn’t integrate with Woocommerce product pages.
