Adding download link or open in new tab link to title

  • Hello,

    I want to directly download or open the file in new tab when clicked on the title. How to do that. I dont want the download button, nor want the link to redirect to an inner page.

    I have made changes in the packagecontroller and achieved it, but if updated all changes will be removed. How to achieve that permanently.
