• Hey team,

    I would like to add a link for the customer to download a virtual product that they have purchased at the top of the Order Confirmation email. Although the link for downloading is already provided in the WooCommerce template, it isn’t very intuitive for someone who isn’t tech savvy, so would like to provide the link at the top of the email in simple langauge. When I go to add the variable {download_url} to the email template in Kadence, the email is not generating the URL, but instead printing the variable: {download_url}

    Is there a way to make this work or is there something I am missing?
