Adding fields not working

Hello, I installed the plugin and have the options to set as shown in the video, but when I go to the widgets as shown in the video there is no drop down menu to select fields (email, name, etc.) to add to the pop-up. I currently have Quform installed. Should I have another plugin installed to make this work. At the moment the pop-up shows no fields at all.
