Adding file – no submit

  • Good afternoon,

    I’m using the Avada template with the plugins:
    – Contact From 7
    – Contact Form 7 Conditional Fields
    – Material Design for Contact Form 7

    I have problems, if I use the form with the following fields it works, send the form correctly:
    [text *]
    [e-mail*]
    [tel *]
    [select *]
    [group]
    [textarea]
    [acceptance]
    [recaptcha]
    [submit]

    If I add the [file] field, sending does nothing.

    I have reviewed all the documentation and it is correct as insert the shordcode
    [file * CV limit: 8048576 filetypes: gif | png | jpg | txt | pdf | doc | docx | odt]

    Can you help me.

    When adding the code for which file to attach you need to use Name rather than the form-tag

    try [CV]
