Adding filename to Media Item Title

    Is there a simple way to add the filename, and another user field as description to the media item fields?

    Good morning, there is an option in plugin’s Settings in Dashboard, Show Custom Fields in Media Library, which puts the user fields as custom fields of the Media item.

    Changing the description of the Media item and putting the filename or a user field requires a plugin hook, which is supported in the Pro version.
