Adding files from backup

I created a wonderful wordpress site using the colorway theme yesterday and my site is through ipage.com. When it was complete i went to share it on facebook and noticed my old logo from my previous site created with weebly was still showing up. i contacted tech support on ipage and they told me to delete certain files. Following her advice I did that and it somehow made my site not work anymore. I checked my file directory and it looks like everything is still there, all the pictures i uploaded are in the uploads folder (over 1200 of them, so I don’t want to do that again) and I reinstalled wordpress on my site but I don’t want to start from scratch. Is there a way to take those files (which i also archived in a zip and downloaded to my computer) and somehow put them in the new folder and get them to work with the theme and everything back up the way it was? It seems like all the content is still there. Any help would be great.
