Adding fixed content to output form

All of the fields that a user enters along with the field name get included in the output form. Does anyone know a way to be able to include fixed data – like the contents one fills out in the “Instructions” type field?

I’d like to have both the user and myself see the contents of the instruction field on the copy of the form that is sent to both parties.
