Adding .flv files…..

  • I run a blog which has a lot of images and videos. A lot of my members use photobucket to store their images and videos. When I try to add a .flv file in a post or page, I click on the insert/edit embeded media button, and add the url to that. I have managed to get that to work twice, but for some reason, it wont work any more.

    Is there a plugin for photobucket, or for adding embeded .flv files.

  • Start here. I personally like FLV Embed and Viper’s Video Quicktags

    Search a similar string for image related plugins. There’s so many, you’ll have to try them all!

    Thank you for the message, I will take a look. ?? I did look at the first one you gave, but its not yet compatible with 2.7, so will have a look for something else. I hope they update it soon.

    Actually, I’m using FLV Embed version 1.2 on one of my WordPress 2.7 installs right now. It seems to work perfectly. If you think you might like that one, it might be worth the try. When you activate it, the options will show up under the “settings” section of the admin sidebar.
