Adding form action to pardot

Hi, I wanted to integrate registration form with pardot. They’ve give me pardot form handler. But when I put inside the <form action=”pardot_form_handler” method=”post”>, the pardot still can’t receive the registration form data.
Can you please help us on how to do this? Thank you so much.
