Adding 'Free Shipping' image to WooCommerce shop page

Hi,

I want to add an image at the top of the WooCommerce shop page that says “Free Shipping for Orders over $200′. When I try and add it using an <img> tag on the shop page or on the archive-product.php, i get nothing showing up.

Has anyone got any ideas on how to do this?
