Adding galleries with Huge IT Gallery by role

Hi, I need to let some users to adding galleries with a free plugin named Huge IT Gallery.
Currently they can only see options but not actually add any kind of gallery or modify the existent ones.
How can I give them those kind of permissions?Thx a lot
