• I tried to add the Analytics Tag code manually to the header section, but it is not working. I still can see it in the header part under (The theme file editor), but google doesn’t read it.

Is there a way to add the Analytics Tag manually without a plugin? how and where?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @mousaabumazin Twenty Twenty-Three theme is a block-based theme that comes with a Site editor that allows you to design the entire site including the header, footer, and everything in between, with blocks.

This means the file structure is different from the previous default themes, you will not have the functions.php or header.php. You will need to use a plugin to integrate Google Analytics into your site.
Alternatively, you can create a child theme for the site but this might also require the use of a plugin.
