Adding Google Analytics to this plugin

Hi,
I have installed this plugin on a site a few months back. The site was redesigned and now Analytics seems to be gone. If I add Google Webmaster Tools code to this plugin, will that connect with the analytics?
Or should I just install the Google Analytics plugin too?
I hope this makes sense.
