Adding header image above menu bar

  • I want to add a large header image above the menu bar and the email and phone number on chirecmun.org. At the absolute top of the page.

    I tried putting the slider division code above the menu bar code but the image keeps appearing below the menu. I’m not sure what to do. Please help.
