Adding header image to theme with no header div

Hello all,

I’m using a theme calle blueline 10 which I like but it needs a good header desperately. So, I went into the style sheet, and there’s no header div. There’s h1, h2 etc. but nothing that just says header. So how can I add in a header with an image? url is https://liberalcollegekid.com
