Adding html code from an affiliate link into my blog

It’s a link… what help do you need? Copy the code, paste it where you want it on your site. Like in a text widget or something.

So, don’t I have to go to “appearance” and through editor paste the code to the site from there?

Thanks Ipstenu it worked I was just a little uncomfortable and need confirmation that I knew what I was about to was right.
