Adding HTML inside the “add note” section

Hi, good day to you!

We understand when using the add note features it can be sent to customer too.
We want the email that sent out to the customer can accept html so the email that were sent to the customer looks more nice.

We are willing to pay for this customization. Perhaps we could talk more over an email?
