Adding HTML inside the Description

Hi @daniellld,

If you want to render the HTML content in your story description, make sure you have selected the “Text” tab panel from the description section. First, select the “Text” tab, and then you can add HTML content to the description. Then you have to set the story-content attribute to full, then this will render your HTML in the story content.

If you can send the screenshots of your editor page where you are inserting the shortcode of the timeline plugin, it would be helpful to identify the issue. However, if you are unable to send screenshots, you can directly send us the shortcode you are using to render the timelines on the page, so we can better understand it.
