Adding hyperlinked images to sidebar?

  • Hello everyone! My wordpress site is https://www.theliesaboutmuhammad.com. My friend built this site for me, and now I’m trying to work my way around it, so I could use some help.

    1. If you notice, there’s a “Buy the Book” and “Categories” section on the sidebar to the right of the blog on the front page. Under the “Buy the book” section, there should be an image of the cover of the book that is hyperlinked. If you click on it, it will take you to an amazon page where you could buy the book. Unfortunately, the image became a broken link a couple of weeks ago, and I don’t really know how to put it back up. How could I go about this?

    2. Also, I would like to ad another hyperlinked image (a bit smaller than the book cover image) right above the categories section on the same sidebar. When people would click this image, it would take them to another website. How could I do this as well?

    I have poor knowledge with php but I’m strong with HTML. Please help ASAP! It’s much appreciated.

    this is already a textwidget; you can access it probably under ‘admin’ ‘appearance’ ‘widgets’ in the right sidebar widget area.
    however, i don’t think anybody can help you to find the url of the image or the link to the right amazon page.

    2.
    use another textwidget to put the linked image in (pure html).
